Here Comes the Zumba

Here Comes the Zumba:
Zumba class is being held every Thursday in the Social Room. Hello! I’m Jena Rogers, and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Join the party! Let’s have some fun!  The class starts promptly at 7pm and runs for 1 hour. The cost is $5 per class. Yoga: Our program is an opportunity to relate, relax and release. While yoga postures are germane to the experience, we focus on many methods and ways to find ease and opportunity for the body. It happens the last two Saturdays of every month at TOLH: the cost is $5. Arrive a little early, classes begin promptly at 11:15. Class ends no later than 12:30. Bring a mat or borrow one. Wear comfortable clothes, and most importantly, move at your own pace. If you’re interested, leave a message referencing yoga at (215)275-2074.
